Your Traditional squats are good but Hindu squats have different form and popular among wrestlers. It's proper form makes strong strain less legs.

Your shoulder lateral raises shown is wrong, and you should correct it unless you want a bunch of people to wreck their shoulders.

@@timo386 yes I'm agree if you do that shoulder work out you get shoulder bursitis wouldn't be able rise your hand above your head the pain will come to bicep no cure need cortisol injection its really pain full it takes long time to heal

How about the video depiction of the dip? While it's advise is ok, it depicts dips with hands forward, which may apply strain on the shoulders. The hand should be in the position so that the fingers are pointed away from the body, shouldn't it?

I am glad that you pointed out the only going half way down thing about pushups. It is annoying when people claim to do a fantastic number of pushups or do them at an impossible speed. When you see them doing their pushups their body hardly moves and they are kind of just shaking their elbows.

Errors. Squats, weight should be distributed evenly, not on the heal. Leg press, Never use leg press Stomach crunches, Never do stomach crunches Extra accolades, kipups are not pull-ups

The triceps dip as shown here is terrible. The hand position and angle of humerus is all wrong. I could almost feel my rotator cuff tearing as I watched this.

1:15 min in and it's time to close already. During the squat the weight need to stay mid-foot for a balanced load and NOT on the heels.

Lateral raises with the pinky up add stresses to the shoulder if one has shoulder impingement issues. I trained for years this way and suffer a slap tear and impingement. I no longer do it. When I train the shoulders, I keep the shoulders in a more neutral position instead.

The cable triceps extension is wrong. You're not meant to take your hands all the way till top. It should be till your elbow's height.

At 2:14 is bad advice. Internal rotation of the rotator cuff is bad. An external rotation with thumbs up would be a safer way to do this exercise
