Long range cupola fights, triangle camper bushes that prevent any aggression and push to lose mechanic. Very very bad althought it looks amazing visually.

I am a bit late and I dont usually comment but I had to do it right now... This map is just COPY and PASTE from game named Armored Warfare , which is also tank game similiar to WoT... I mean its cool that WG wants new maps but they shouldnt copy the maps from other similiar games... Yeah they have changed it a little bit to fit the game more but anyways ... still a copy. For those wondering what am I talking about, check on google "Armored Warfare The Lost Island map" and you will find out what i mean anyways , as always nice video man ... Keep it up!

i did have some fun on it while playing the borat, ive had some sweet clutches myself, but especially for heavies it feels just awful

it could be decent with a lot of changes, but i feel its terrible right now. Too many powerful camper positions, no opportunity to push and flank opponents, long range cupola fights for heavies. ITs super boring, hence i usually just hold W and rush the heavy side

The map is similar to a very old low tier map we had on console called Pacific Island. That map is older than armored warfare. (I play on console) I would like to point out that most top players have a great instinct for roughly where enemy tanks are and roughly where they will push. 2:31 - "I will get shot by SU if I do this." *Shoots* *Gets slapped by SU* I know that he shouldn't have taken the shot - ESPECIALLY when he knew, but the fact that he knew not only where the enemy tank was, but ALSO where it was looking and where it would fire is nuts to me. I passed 10k games recently and I'm at the point where I consider a 3k game bad. This is not counting, of course, the terrible luck that slaps all of us every once in a while. A bad fire. An ammorack. A tracking shot at the worst time. Or even just the enemy team deciding to lemmingrush one side. I still don't have the instinct to know where and when individuals will push. I know where the heavies go, I know where meds go, I know where lights go. I am not yet at the point where I can get spotted and know what bush a light tank is in. It is so impressive to see. On this note, I see many people who are convinced many/all of the youtube WOT people are cheaters. That just goes to show that they are so inexperienced or so game-deaf that they don't know what they are looking at. Like when pros poke, land a good shot, and do not get hit in retaliation. The dummies say, "Look no one shot him. Paid actors." The reality is that they are paying attention to who is looking at them and who shot and can feel when the enemies are going to reload. They poke at a point when the CAN'T get shot. This makes it look effortless and fake, but it is just experience. I know a bunch of these people on console and I facepalm so much I will probably have a permanent red hand mark on my face. I have explained in detail using clips and when enemies shoot and they are just in denial. I am well past frustration and am just amused from it. Also, the level of PC is higher than Xbox by about a tier and two or three tiers higher than Playstation. A 2k WN8 on PC would be able to match a 2k WN8 on xbox one tier down (In balanced tanks). Funny to see.

2:46 Yeah this map is garbage. I think a lot of people thought this map was fine in the beginning because the community hadn't learned the strong defense positions yet. Now that the average player knows these positions, the game becomes very locked, in the "Attack and lose" style that WG loves so much... You cant make pressure, you just need to camp and hope the other team is dumb to push

For bourrat i find t3 mobility improvement system, bond vert stabs and bounty improved aiming works best. You hit everything and i mean everything but use only gold cause standard is really derpy.

@TROLGUY999 your dispersion while on the move is nonexistent. I run this exact setup on my bourrat just with bond verstabs instead. It feels like cheating because you dont really even have to aim. Its perfect for the trap door spider play style.

Is Borrasque really a good tank? I’m starting to see a lot of players use it… is there another tanks you prefer more than it? The reason I ask is that I’m someone who has just come back to WOT after 7 years..(being somewhat a beginner in the first place) Anyways I play on the Asia Server… and as you may have heard, it’s very very very (did I say “very” enough) campy… Hence why WG recently introduced an update to try limit TDs and better matchmaking. But I’m not sure if it’s fully worked… It’s the mentality, it’s like every-man-and-dog-for-himself.. when you need help, they won’t come, no one spearheads when that’s all it took sometimes…I don’t think helping and being courteous to others may not be what some are used to perhaps.. but anyways, I’m not here to change people or the worlds culture but it’s frustrating and I believe I need to change the way I play. I’m used to heavy tanks as that’s what I’ve really known… and prefer a brawl rather than cheeky shooting from a distance with APCR…so being a heavy and doing “heavy” gameplay on Asian server, doesn’t seem to work or do well. I’m now reconsidering medium tanks to try negate/compensate for the Asia server style of game play. Any advice on mediums that could help?
