Excellent just completed this after med ball abs. Is there a modifier for exercise 4? I struggle to keep my legs vertical and get the thrust. Plus I really struggle to keep my knees together for 3 & 4 any tips would be great. I’ll be back tomorrow. 💪

That works man! See how you feel and if you can do more add in one of the HIIT workouts. It all depends on how the body feels!
