I was prepared for their stupid comments like: lol I already thought so because she was soo cranky but they didn't say anything. The first hack I've done many, many times before and I still do it,but the only thing I do differently is putting two pads instead of just one cause, I move around a lot in my sleep,for example I'm on my back side and then I decide to move face-down if that makes any sense.I find it better to put two pads instead of just one,for me it's not uncomfortable but if you decide to try this then it may or may not be comfortable.

Dear girls that are scared to start their period, DON'T BE! A period is a wonderful thing! Even though you sometimes want to die. But, anyways when you get yours, that is a beautiful amazing thing! It means that your body is healthy and that you're starting to produce eggs to make babies in the future! And in a few years to come when you're holding your first child in your arms, you will realize how thankful you are for periods because no matter how sucky crappy and awful and annoying they are you will realize that it was so worth it in the long run! And all of you girls that are scared for pain or anything don't be the only pain there is is the cramps but actually getting your period doesn't hurt it just feels really weird like gross stuff in your underwear. But, just know that you all are amazing and don't let your. Getting your way you can do this you can push through it! I have faith in all of you! And once you've gotten it a few times you'll realize I can do this and you'll realize that there's nothing to be afraid of. And whoever is out there telling you a bunch of crap about there being pain or anything don't believe in there just trying to scare you. If you ever stain your underwear and the blood doesn't come off, you can pour some hydrogen peroxide and use soap and water to scrub it off. It'll get the stain out.👌👍
