10:18 people should be allowed to use violent & deadly force in cases like this. If a huge group of violent masked people entered my place of business, and started violently assaulting people, it would be difficult to not draw the conclusion they are there to do as much damage as possible, and death might result. These so called " pranks" are most definitely not funny. How can blatant vandalism be considered good fun?.
