You mum is lovely. I never use soap on my face.. just warm water to open pore, rub it dry in circular motion, then splash with really cold water after to close the pores. I use basic simple face cream with sun protection and never foundation. Also wear hat to protect from the sun. But most important thing for your skin is what you eat.. eat healthy, lots of fresh fruit and veg, minimal processed food, low sugar etc

I've heard good things about peptides. Your mom (and little sis) are right about applying moisturizer first because a serum is mainly oil and would create a barrier that repels anything water-based. I'm glad you discussed mindset too because that's often overlooked but so key to enjoying life!

Wow! You have good genes! Your mom looks amazing! I have never been able to wear red lipstick. It all turns pink on me. I looked pretty good for my age until my dad died in a wreck and then my mom passed unexpectedly two and a half years later. All the stress that I inherited from that (think family) aged me a lot. You are both beautiful.

FYI on the whitening toothpaste, only use occasionally because they contain abrasives which will wear away the enamel. Yes, your mom looks great!

Your mom is same age I am. She looks great! I don't use foundation either. I can't wear red lipstick...my mom could, tho. Agree about hair. I've always worn mine long...I don't wear it as long as when I was young, tho . She seems like a fun lady. 😊

I always wash my face twice a day, more in the summer when it’s hot. I have used Dove original soap for my face for 45-years, I use face creams heavy moisturizer creams. Currently, I’am using Olay new serum, and Olay Smooth & Renew Retinol Complex night facial cream, morning and night. face eyes, ears, neck, and decollate. I use Neutrogena retinol face creams and serums, what ever is on sale. Cerave cream with ceramides 16 oz jar of cream for body. I use my face cream for eye cream, I do not have puffy nor dark circles. I use makeup with a mineral 50 SPF in it, iT Cosmetics and translucent loose face powder. I look young for my age, I can not use a chemical sunscreen as it burns my skin, I always wear a large brim hat in the summer and sunglasses with 400 UVB protection.

Number 1 tip is. Keep active. I am 70 years old, and I swim for 1-hour 3/4 times per week. I deep clean my 2200 square foot home from washing windows inside and out, clean all window tracks. Move all my furniture, clean under. I move all my appliances and clean them as well as behind them. After cleaning my home, I deep clean my garage, take everything out and wash the epoxy floor. I clean and wipe down all cabinets, drawers and closets. Your body needs to move so keep active and watch your weight and you will live a long time. My dr said I will live to 100. I deep clean every 7 weeks.
