Good message. 👏🍻 If I may add to it in a small way, which was covered a bit, part of being a grown man is keeping your word. And the most important person you can keep your word to is yourself, doing what you say you're going to do. I can speak from personal experience is that when you break your word to yourself, break the promises you make to yourself, you cannot expect yourself to keep your word to another person. When you break your promises to yourself, you develop a bad reputation with yourself, which causes your self-confidence to go in the toilet, and in turn, negatively impacts your relationships with other people. You cannot give to others something you do not possess. If you cannot keep your word to yourself, have personal integrity, which is a key component to having self-respect, you will not demonstrate integrity towards others.

I played a World War game against my brother; I always plays with UK army with a lot of quotes from Churchill. When the game gets serious, we act seriously too. I have to admit, I'm not a fair player. I like coding AI to play for me and cheat whenever possible. I never let eight-year-old kids win games; they need to learn that life is tough. I don’t trust them either, except for my niece, who has a high intellectual potential. I can't stop playing game. The only successful people in my age group got lucky on twitch and are usually terrible people as well as unusually high in immaturity. I find owning up and coming to a realization that you can't place blame on others and you are your own person. Nothing annoys me more than seeing an intelligent man and him saying this happened to me, I blame this person, this woman did that, my father did that. Truth is trauma happens to everyone. It is a part of life. Spartans used to throw their sons to wolves at young age and beat them into submission. Not one spartan I would not call a man. You own up you say I can't change the past but I sure as hell can change my future. And people using the word dude all the time or bro. And there is a time and a place for swearing. Words have power. My mother never used to swear but when she did you knew you were in trouble and better shape up. Same as my father. Swearing has a major impact and be used to get your point across if you're not known as a person who swears.
