the biggest buying spree of silver was after the SVB collapse, when ASE's were $40-$45 each, 90% junk silver was 27-28x face, and pre-33 gold started around $2700 for double eagles. That is what turns people away from metals even though it should have been the best time for people to get into it.

When most people are motivated to get into stacking, like in this case the failure of a major bank amid a time with massive inflation, metal prices jumped bigly, then when prices fell back down all those new metal stackers just experience massive loss, they don't break even for a long time.

I was going through my jewelry found at garage sales last night the melt is roughly $110,000. Took quite a few years to accumulate. If I can sale the silver jewelry as jewelry it would be worth much more.

Gold or silver or both? That's something I need to start doing. I was told to always ask the homeowners if they have any broken jewelry which isn't a bad idea.

You should come to Medora, North Dakota. It’s in the western Badlands Teddy Roosevelt library will open I believe this summer. It’s an amazing building with awesome views. I can’t wait to see the contents in the library building.

When I buy silver I always ask myself what is the best way for me to sell it will I lose anything based on how I sell it second I always ask myself how high will silver go because there's always premium on precious metals so you have to look at that as maybe a little loss of money based on where and how you sell also ask coin shop dealers if you buy something what will be the buy back price for that item so that you know if it's worth buying

So many people in recent years thought metals were a get rich quick scheme and it turned some people off. It also failed to get them rich quickly and with inflation on the rise a number of newer folks just dumped their metals. It's really unfortunate. Nobody should be jumping into anything that they haven't spent time to read up on. Thanks!

I have well over 200 Graded (slabbed ) coins as well as just silver and gold bullion for weight. I know it's not as easy to get rid of, but i like what i like. I tried, but can't be a pure Stacker.
