Hi Matt, Great Videoes, Ihave my 4 week post op coming tommorow. The urinary issues are when standing or getting up but are controlled by diapers and depends. The leakage is less in the first half of day. Have been doing keegals. I have frustations. Thanks for your comments.

Dude! You look good…. 👍. I’m happy to hear you’re controlling the flow. A week ago you were leaking all over. This is definitely an improvement. Hang in there and have a blessed rest of the week 👊

Thank you. Yes, regaining continence is something I hope to achieve soon, but I understand it will take time. I noticed my ability to control is improving incrementally. In some stories from other survivors, they gain control suddenly, like a switch going from "off" to "on". But for my case, I can see the flow control improving by measuring the time when I lose control each day. I have noted the time of control loss is happening later and later in the day. For those of you going through this, give yourself time and don't give up, according to the data a large number of us will regain continence. God bless all.

I had my catheter in for 28 days. I got it out Monday and now have the incontinence. I don't really leak much, but when I stand, I let loose. I can actually stop my flow after the initial burst. I do my keegals. It's great to come across these videos. My stomach feels great and plan on Golfing Friday. I'm 63.
