If you eat all fruit for 30 days, leaving out avocados, zucchini, cucumbers and tomatoes, you will heal your entire body. You will also not need any outside water source. It requires that you eat the fruit and chew it, no smoothies.

So he feels good but has no muscles to speak of because of the lack of protein and his energie source is mostly sugars/fructose. He does some intermitent fasting to do a lot of recycling which can help a lot to stay healthy more or less. He will not keep this up for much longer but there is always the exception. He doesn t disrubt the krebscycle so thats a good thing but the lack off nutrients has to be huge now !

Its common knowledge that the only energy source the body doesnt use is fructose so why are people promoting an all fructose fruit based diet like its healthy. The body recognize protein, fat and glucose as food and thats why insulin is released when those things are eaten. When it comes to fructose no insulin is released so the liver has to filter all that fructose out of the blood and then after it filters it it then has to convert it to glucose and lactate so the pancreas can release insulin so it will go into the cells. On top of that the liver is being over worked from ftsti g that fructose all throughout the day. Last but not leadt the fructose that wasnt concerted is stored in the liver as fat which they call non alcohol fatty liver. The dude in the video looks okay but hes wearing those long sleeves in the summer for a reason

As I do believe in frequencies even as a Christian woman. I’m learn in how to position myself to be a more positive and vibrant person as I used to be more positive and vibrant before. ❤️🌸😊💕🩵
