lost my brother in 2018 weighed a solid 205 2020 came around covid was tough got all the way up to 330 this last september 2023 i took a picture of myself and was disgusted weighed 317 worked out and ate clean but we all know this weight loss journey is tough had good weeks and bad weeks been going hard in the gym and in the diet since may i weigh 267 as of this morning and wont stop until i hit 205 again or lower this video gives me the extra push i need bro! your dad would be proud keep doing your thang bro!
