I read of a man that was having muscle and bone pain . Went to a doctor and not surprised he was prescribed a pain reliever . He then came across an article that mentioned the low levels of Vitamin D3 could be the cause . He then had a blood test for Vitamin D3 and found to be very low . He then started taking Vitamin D3 and soon after had no pain .

Also, I wish you and your family and your whole youtube team a wonderful holiday season, and in fact, I wish everyone happiness all year round. 💓

Dr, if fibromyalgia is brought on by Trauma and your brain becomes rewired to be more sensitive to pain. How than can one rewired their brain to become insensitive to that pain?
@DrAndreaFurlan2 жыл бұрын
Hi Cindi, there are various possible causes for fibromyalgia. Psychological trauma is one of them. There are excellent psychologists and mental health counsellors that help people with these psychological traumas.

My docs say I have neuropathic and nociplastic pain. Gabapentin and amitriptyline help but there is no smoking gun. The worst pain I have is with the trigeminal nerves (v2+v3) but mri and ct angiogram don’t show anything. How do I retrain the nerves in my face?
