Repping Kaiju Motorsports from fabulous Las Vegas is Brian and his flagship WRX STI, and you can tell no expense was spared to make this monster: hood and fenders by Varis, drag beadlocks, huge turbocharger, titanium fabrication… this build is FRESH. Rafa’s F-150, meanwhile, only has a few bolt-on mods. Sure those mods are two turbos, custom aluminum double beadlock wheels on slick Mickeys and a boost controller, but it’s otherwise stock. Which one's the build to beat?

After watching nearly all the TvTs, the only worse tree man than Brad was some of Gary's early attempts. Gotta hold your hands up for a second before dropping them. Watch an actual pro drag tree and turbo cars that have to build boost. They pre-stage, get revs up, stage 1, hit the 2-step, stage 2, then the yellows (hands up), then greens (hands drop). You're not pretending to be a bird flapping your wings.

I have the best of both worlds: full 3" exhaust with mufflers, and a boost activated fender dump. Under most driving conditions it's closed (it takes enough boost to spin the tires before the valve opens..)

@@vaaro_m Obviously there is a ton of “supporting” work otherwise, but having built quite a few over the past 10-12 years the formula for a long lasting high Hp car has changed immensely. IAG crate engines, IAG transmissions, Radium Engineering, Full Race, E85 etc. The days of holding your breath every time a 800awhp+ STI makes a pull is largely over.

@@mario20033 someone needs to tell these guys that we wanna see good close races! There is a power to weight ratio that they could use to make this a better show but we keep seeing this amateur thrown together races and it’s a real waste of time for everyone . All we know from this race is that the Subaru is obviously way faster but the f150 wins. This guy has a fully built race car and can’t shift. And it should be best 3 outta 5
