This female lawyer was utterly rubbish. He should have just represented himself. Owned up for lying out fear of wrongly being convicted and told the truth. HE SHOULD APPEAL BASED ON INEFFECTIVE CONSEL. So he knew her, she got in the truck, he left her in woods but we don't know whether she was dead at the time he left her in woods? She was experimenting with drugs so we don't know if she died from it? Was the ME asked to run toxicology? Anyone actually watch the trial, I still wondering what evidence lead to proving malice or felony murder? He didn't take the stand after all so how do we know exactly what his version of events are?

Bless the defense attorneys heart, she knew hwxwas guilty and probably was disgusted, but she had to at least make an appearance because that's pretty much what it was.

The other lady that he stalked this lawyer tried to make it seem as though she wanted the attention or something but she was actually smart about it. She said she wanted evidence so she left him as her friend. To keep record. Also she says they were childhood friends.

None of us would have known that if she didn’t say it. She basically broke attorney client privilege because obviously he told her that and they didn’t tell the prosecution that of course.

He might have gotten parole someday, he's still young. Should have taken the deal in my opinion. Now he probably gets life without parole.

Shame on this lawyer. I know she’s a public defender but the fact she’s consciously and purposefully defending a rapist and a murderer is disturbing.
