so if we were to give her argument any credence he would be guilty of: providing a minor with illicit drugs contributing to her death, falsifying a theft report, abuse of corpse (disposal of the body), lying to investigators/obstruction, tampering with evidence, accessing police sites and methods in furtherance of crime.
