Are you kidding ? She was 16. And she did not know this weird, creepy pedo guy with a badge. At all. There are videos of what She was like. A good girl who had a Latino boyfriend and always made it home. He stalked and kidnapped her and sexually assaulted her. Even if a girl her age did know this cop, that would most definitely not be a "relationship". That would be statutory r@p3. The way you males think sometimes is off as heck.. Smh. It was actually stated during the trial by her friend that he had asked them before if they needed a ride. They were walking down the street when he drove up in his black truck. They rejected.

He's honestly lucky the defense was weak. If the defense was stronger they could have manipulated to cause doubt.

@@Chancsehe already admitted and the evidence shows him there and the phone towers. His defense is not even a paid for attorney she’s a public defender for a lot of Gwinnett inmates. I know so many people who had her as a public defender. She does have a law firm with her husband scott drake. This prosecutor and judge was actually my judge and DA for my criminal case in Gwinnett. I’ve talked to him personally and he definitely is smart and intelligent and accessed my own phone records and bank statements. He don’t play

@@jamiyabennett4503 I meant DA as in district attorney which is the prosecutor. I meant the state side. Yes the attorney did nothing she’s a common public defender for inmates in this jail. This is my county and I’ve been in court, the prosecutor and judge was my former prosecutor and judge as well.
