The judge don't like her ,when a judge have to tell you "It's human nature to do so". The prosecutors didn't need her testimony to win a verdict in their favor. They are trying to prove that the victim did leave out walking home or was alive during a certain time slot.Jurors could easily interpret her childish behavior as non credible.What you don't do on the witness stand is put your damn hand up to your jaw and lean it like you're in a damn hurry . The judge is too lenient with her ! Judge make her sit up !
