No matter your skin color the Judicial System requires a score sheet be completed before the hearing that scores everything about a defendant, starting from the defendant's parents before he was born. They look at the mother's pregnancy and whether she was abused while pregnant or if she took drugs/alcohol. It scores the defendant's childhood. They look at any abusive situations as a child. If they had learning or speech issues as a kid. If they injured their head as a kid. If they had intervention of any kind for behavior. It moves onto adult life and they look at every social, financial, and mental aspect of a defendant. The defendant is interviewed by one or more mental health professionals who try to determine if there are undiagnosed mental illnesses. That is ALL SCORED and that score is required to be used by the judge in sentencing. When you hear that a crime is punishable by a minimum sentence of (for example) of 15 years and a maximum sentence of (for example) 25 years the judge uses the defendants score to adjust the sentence to reflect how mitigating factors have influenced the defendant's criminal behavior. This is how ALL FELONY CASES ARE DECIDED. I am really sick of hearing that the sentence of people is based on race. What is racist is whining that because anybody is white shohld receive a harsher sentence! There are plenty of criminals with 4 pages of crimes they've been convicted of who commit this same crime and they receive a harsher penalty, not because they are a different race, but because they have committed crimes OVER AND OVER and have not learned a damn thing! It's disturbing to me that in America taxpayers PAY to educate it's citizens and so many of you have ZERO understanding of your own criminal justice system except to whine constantly about the race of people! It truly is an embarrassment to read comments of people who have never stepped foot in a court room but comment as if they actually sound intelligent. You do not. You just sound racist. It's funny that the same people whining about race are nowhere to be found when someone like Jessica Chambers was lit on fire sitting in her car for saying no to sex with a man who was not the same race. Where were all of you when Samantha Josephson accidentally got into a car she thought was an Uber and was sexually violated and her face beaten so severely that dental records were required to make an identification? Did you shake your fist in anger when a 5 year old child who is white was picked up and thrown from the third floor balcony of a mall in Minnesota 40 feet to a marble floor below after having lunch with his mom at the Rainforest Cafe, breaking nearly every bone in his body and having to learn t walk and talk again through years of therapy? I bet that when you saw that story you mocked him or called him privileged because of his skin tone. I am going to just say what everybody knows. All of these "race" comments are nothing more than JEALOUSY, ENVY, AND SELF-HATRED. You aren't upset for any human being that was harmed REALLY. Nobody actually believed you have any interest in the victim getting better justice than they did. You're just a racist who wants to hurt anybody that doesn't look like you. In your heart you wouldn't have cared in the LEAST if he's have deleted that woman, as long as he SUFFERED the most painful sentence for his crime. Based solely on his skin color.

@Ontheroxxwithsalt
@Ontheroxxwithsalt 5 ай бұрын
They go by other things. Skin color is not one of them. Why would they give someone the max sentence if he has led an otherwise accomplished life and made contributions??? Then when a black or brown guy commits the same crime but they happen to have a rap sheet 5 pages long how is the judge supposed to use the same sentencing guidelines? Do you even know how our own felony justice system WORKS? The only racist is you. Wanting harsher penalties based on skin color while having a 3rd grade understanding of the process. There is a reason that charges say something like "The minimum penalty is 15 years and the maximum penalty is 25 years for manslaughter" It's because there is a range based on pre-hearing interviews with the defendant that determine if he has been a lifetime felon or if he was a contributing member of society. Take your racism and stick it where the sun don't shine. People who scream racism constantly, when you look at who they are, usually are those people in society who conteibute nothing while crying about what everybody else owes them. It's just code for "I'm too lazy to do anything worthwhile with my self so I'm going to cry about my skin color being he reason I'm where I am in life" Nobody is buying it anymore. Those days are over so you should take a look in the mirror and stop being so jealous of all the people who went out and made something of themselves while you were busy crying about racism on tik tok. Jealousy hurts YOU. Nobody else.

I think there’s a very good chance that Maddie decided that she’s 13 years old now and he’s NOT touching her again. She fought back for the first time and he knew the jig was up and flew into a damage control rage. I’ve said from day one that Jenn is involved. I can’t believe that she didn’t recognize the sa that was taking place. The fact that she sent him upstairs to sleep with Maddie in the “spare bedroom” that night so that she could sleep is suspicious to me. I don’t put anything past these women who have children then bring every man they meet into their homes and child’s life.

Do you have ANY idea the toll it takes on a woman to press charges and move through the court system on a rape charge? It is the most humiliating thing a woman can do as she is questioned at every turn and treated like a criminal herself. There would be very few women willing to endure the shame to falsely accuse a man and take it all the way to trial. it is excruciatingly painful and life changing.
