There were THREE different young ladies, that by NOW, know they literally were next on his list. ALL of this was BEFORE Susana's murder, so, HOW IN THE FLUCK did his supervisors NEVER SUSPECT HIM ?? I personally am pissed because if both police departments did their job, Susana Morales might be alive. The Black stalking victim wasn't protected by these police departments. If these police departments had done a police report and an investigation, this victim (Susana Morales)might be alive. Then, the police department, the parents that the parents reported her missing, didn't do a damn thing, except the sgt who looked for the victim for 7 months without resources. incompetent of both departments is unbelievable. Susana Morales ' parents need to sue the police department. The 911 depatchers/operators both need to be fired for incompetent because the stalking victim could have been either injured or killed.
