I do these drills at home but have to use rings in place of the ladder. Great drills for agility and thank you for producing this excellent training video Master Samery.

hey there there's a vid on Joe Rogan sharing some tips George St. Pierre on side kick when chambering, make sure you get the knee high GSP (karate based, not sure kyokushin or shotokan or maybe some other school) said he has that habit of getting his knee low before shooting his side kick, which he developed from his karate training I'm not saying karate teaches wrong maybe GSP just wasn't aware of this stuff before pointed out by JR hope this helps you one way or another :D

Muhammad Ali famously used ladder drills for his fabulous footwork. Black belt Samery is a pleasure to watch and listen to!

That’s skating hops. A good exercise if you bend your knees more and slow the pace down.

Wow, thank you for sharing what can be accomplished. Might have to create an area in the back yard for this, but what a great way to improve yourself.

Ive never used the ladder before in any training but I’m intrigued to try it out. I’m amazed how you don’t trip over - or were those edited out? :) Thanks again as always

Any stretching for a pulled hip-flexor ? About where your back pocket is and my front pocket is on your left leg ? I use to take Kenpo got married got out for about 5 years and started to see how much I lost , my fault I did not warm up and started to stretch I think with the taekwondo stretch will you get into a split walk out with your hands like you’re going to do push-ups and let your waist thing to the floor I use to do this just stretched out the upper parts of your five and lower abs very well but not stretching for several years I pushed it and now I’m still walking around the hip flexor issue then therapy but I really need a good martial artist with flexibility like you with a good hip flexor routine !
