Hi guys! Hope you enjoyed the video, but also took away how important it is to have good foot coordination. Being able to configure your feet and time your arm & foot movements will improve balance, speed and agility, and overall performance on the pitch. Here are all 15 exercises included in this session, do each exercise 3 times up and down and take 10-15 seconds rest between each one: 1:01 - Two Foot Forwards 1:31 - Two Foot Sideways 2:00 - Icky Shuffle 2:35 - Backwards Icky Shuffle 3:14 - In & Out 3:52 - Single Leg In & Out 4:28 - Lateral In & Out 5:11 - Crossover 5:34 - Foot Exchange 6:10 - Reverse Crossover 6:54 - Hip Twist 7:30 - Carioca 8:01 - Two Footed Hop 8:49 - One Footed Hop 9:33 - Two Forward One Back

I don't really know what to say, you are amazing... Your videos are a shipload of motivation, inspiration and clarity to say the least. I watched the previous speed and agility video you made a while ago, and I remember I had to slow it down to understand the sequence you did on the agility ladder, it was the icky shuffle, but I didn't know that's what it's called then, and a few months later I was watching the video again and asked myself why I didn't leave a comment about how much I'll like you to do a video about different foot placement patterns or what not that can be done on a speed ladder, that was last week and boom! you dropped this 2 days ago. You do a really job here man, but I'm certain you already know that. It's the fist time I'm leaving a comment on your videos. Nathan from Nigeria.

Hi Mate Ive a tournament in exactly 3 weeks time today. Im 40 years old, play football but have never done this before and convinced it will improve my skills, even in such a short time. How many times reps of each would you recommend and how also how many times a week do you think I should set myself a target, in order for me to see a difference, little or small, in this short space of time? Because I am 40 and have never done this, I really think it will make a difference. My ladder is arriving today in a few hours time.
