Just from the technical side, I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS SETTINGS. Not so many knitters have videos at 4K for free aka not youtube premium, and you nailed it with the time frame for each sweaters. The designed are featured nicely on the video during the introduction moments as well with enough info and pictures, and you don't dive into too much info and get lost in them. I'm just in love >.< Please keep up the amazing work ;*

I knit Dark Academia by Sharon Hartley. It goes up to a size 66.5 inch chest, so its pretty size inclusive and has color work beyond the yoke. I did do the trick of letting a multicolor yarn do the work by using it as the contrast color. Turned out really nice.

Yarn tip: Icelandic wool is slightly water repellant and really good for a sweater (or cardigan) you want to wear outside without a coat over it. You can probably find Istex Lettlopi (worsted) or Alafosslopi (bulky) in the USA.

A video I want to see anywhere is like highly complex or into knits. Things that are really engaging or interesting construction. I’ve knit the Focused On Lines cardigan and it was such an interesting construction. The Joan Shirt was so no basic bitch- the challenge and no stockinette in sight was what drew me in. Complicated knits that don’t go together the way you would think like things knit horizontally instead of vertically going across the body. Of pieces that start in the center and spiral out to make the garment.

Ever since I saw your halibut sweater I've been keeping an eye on Caitlin Hunter's patterns. I also love the look of multi-colored yarn with a solid base color in colorwork. I'm currently working on my first colorwork sweater, the Grærup Sweater on ravelry. I had impulse purchased some red superwash merino on ebay that wasn't really enough for a full sweater. So I just bought a bunch of other yarn to go with it. I got the bright red, a less-saturated pink, (off) white, and gray. Then I ended up mashing the two different colorways the pattern comes with together so it would work with 4 colors instead of 5. Still unsure about my choices, but it's looking okay so far!

That Fortuna's Wheel Pullover pattern looks amazing. Definitely my style; I've always liked trippy/wacky/fun clothing with a baggy fit. Right up my alley especially with the black & white checkerboard look (also a favourite of mine). If I were more skilled at knitting I'd make it! Unfortunately I find knitting to be complicated, I only enjoy making blankets/scarves. I love the motions of knitting/purling and find it relaxing once in a rhythm. Mainly use knitting for when I want to zone out and relax. Anything more than that stresses me out, I don't enjoy challenges when it comes to knitting lol. I'm far more skilled/versatile at crochet however crocheted sweaters just don't look as good to me compared to knitted ones, and that's something I'm just gonna have to live with sadly xD. For now I'll prob settle with knitting myself a checkerboard pattern scarf or blanket!

I don’t wanna push you out of your comfort zone but I’d just recommend trying one row on a project that switches colors every other stitch (you can totally unravel this when you’re done and I wouldn’t spend more than 5 minutes on it) it’s just amazing that stranded color work is the same knit stitches, just grabbing a different yarn color each stitch. It’s not hard with a lot of colors, just a little frustrating because they can get tangled up really easily, but 2 colors is totally doable.

I think people misunderstand what it means to "handwash" a sweater. Firstly, you do it maybe once or twice a season, which is not a big deal. Secondly, it means submerging the sweater in soapy water, letting it soak for 20 min, taking it out and spreading it flat to dry. This is literally the same amount of effort as putting it in the washing mashine, letting it do its job, taking it out and spreading it flat to dry :)
