Thank you for giving tomelines on sweaters. Especially the cabled one. I always worry i knit so slow by only watching how fast content creators knit.

You’re too hard on yourself, Isabella! Everything may not be “perfect”, but you are making and learning along the way. The only real “failure” is in not trying in the first place. Your WIP’s all turned out beautifully. I’m sure you can tell how much you have learned and improved in 2024. I personally look forward to seeing what you accomplish in 2025 (and beyond!). Take care, merry Christmas, and happy new year! 🥰

These projects turned out beautifully. The red Lane pants together with the Augustins sweater... HELLOOOOO what a match! Also these pants match perfectly with the Belcher sweater, just a totally different vibe than with the first sweater. Love the micro-capsule wardrobe thing going on here :)

I love your color choices being the same as the Belcher family. Your multi-crafting vibe is very comfortable since I am similar. 2024 was figuring out crochet and 2025 is sewing/quilting. Looking forward to seeing your projects through the coming year.

Wow! You really knocked it out of the park getting all your knitting and crochet WIPs finished by Christmas. I’m so impressed. Plus all the sewing and quilting, too. I rarely have more than 2 active projects on the needles at one time, usually a sweater/cardigan plus an accessory (mostly socks and hats). I especially liked the crinkle mats. 😊 I love your Northern Augustins No 4 with your red pants, too. Merry Christmas to you and your husband 🎄

Alright that's it I'm subscribing lol. I love everything you do, but moreso, I LOVE your color choices. Simple, but warm and cohesive. I love a professional looking knit, but I personally prefer more handmade looking sewing, it's so homely and comforting knowing a person made it. Anyways, I'm loving your content very much, thank you for sharing 😊
@potts797612 сағат бұрын
I have watched a few of your videos now. Today I decided to subscribe. One reason is how you wanted to adjust something in the pattern because you didn't like the way the stitches turned out at a particular spot. I'm a bit picky about that kind of stuff as well. It's also the way you explain why you chose to change a perfectly good pattern to suit your needs. I can't start a project without immediately wanting to change it in some way. I'm the same with cooking, sewing, crocheting, etc. I don't think I'm better. I just think it would suit me better this way. For example, I have seen so many lovely sweater patterns but I don't like the necklines. A lot of them are too low. I'm over 70 and don't need to show off my lovely collar bones. I'm also in Canada and need a bit more warmth around the neck. I've noticed a couple of your sweaters have necklines that I like better so I'm going to pick a pattern that I really like and play with the neckline. Thanks for the inspiration. Hope you had a great Christmas. Looking forward to more videos.

Adorable crinkle mats. Where do you get the crinkle fabric? I've had to give up my finishing plans. This Fall I wanted to complete my first crochet along using yarn I already had. When I realized roving yarn and new skills do not go well together because I need more freedom to FROG, I ordered a different yarn and it got lost in the mail. Today is Christmas. Merry Christmas! 🥳Some of the yarn has arrived, but I'm still waiting for the rest. Switching gears now. Gonna spend my holiday drinking coffee and making a giant magic ball of scrap yarn so I can go hard on scrap projects in 2025. Somehow, this feels like a win. 😂 Your sweaters are very lovely. I want to learn how to knit, but there are so many crochet projects on my to-do list and I'm having fun with Tunisian crochet. I'll get around to it. Cheers!
