Gluten free foods : fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, fish and seafood, dairy products, eggs ,quinoa, certified gluten free oats and gluten free rice (not processed on machinery for gluten containing grains wheat ,barley and rye.

No nuts aren't grains. It's Everything made with wheat, rye and barley. You can check the label though to made sure there are no additives made from these things in your nuts. Good luck

So oats do not contain gluten. How come people don't talk about good flours or sources. Millet of various kinds, maize, cassava, amaranth, there are others.
