I just decluttered my Christmas decor from two bins to one bin and gave the contents of the tub of unwanted decor to a family who didn't have any Christmas decorations.

Your "Less Stuff, Less Stress" videos from back in the day changed my life and put new habits into place that I still follow 11 years later. Getting out of the cycle of stuff has brought such peace.

Less stimulation… just the description I’ve been trying to come up with as I have a desire lately to get rid of a lot in my home. I couldn’t figure out what was causing my desire, but you just hit the nail on the head. Thank you so much!

Excellent advice! Less stuff means less stress. I honestly believe that and less stress, healthy eating and finding joy in what you do in life are the most rewarding and beneficial things we can do for ourselves and our family. Christine i can't tell you how much I look forward to seeing your videos and the wonderful way you express yourself and explain your passions. Thank you so much! ☺️😊🥰❤️🌴🦩☀️🥰❤️🥰❤️

I needed this cause there are so many spaces in my home that need decluttering/purging/organizing. It’s an overwhelming process cause often times I don’t know where to start but you broke it down into easy achievable & attainable results. I don’t got a social media for those that do & for your own following might not be a bad idea for your subscribers to share before & afters after their declutter journey to see the impact you’re making. Thanks for all you do! You’re an inspiration. A long time follower here. Much love from Bay Area USA

I stopped back stocking personal care items (and makeup I have one of each. I live in Phoenix so buying a replacement isn’t an ordeal I don’t need inventory 😂). For clothes I have a hanger system to show me what I don’t use so when I need to declutter I kinda already know what I don’t use. It’s a new system for me but it’s showing me what I don’t wear and where I’m lacking needed items.

Yes, I’m also a longtime subscriber and I’ve also gone through the exact changes you have been going through except the minimalism stage. This just helped me a lot. I literally just made a list room by room of things I want to get rid of. I posted on free Facebook group already as posting stuff for sale. I called it Declutter project November 2023.

I first watched your videos when you had so much skincare that I had never seen so much of it in one home before. Now I have too much myself and I badly want to declutter. I have cut my clothing closet contents by about 75%. Who needs this much? Not me! The skincare and makeup will be more difficult but I have made a start. Your videos are so inspiring and I love the more minimalist approach.

I just though about your videos the other day and here you are in my youtube recommendations XD it made me look back on how your minimalism series really helped me keep up my motivation when I was decluttering. I then saw that it was 11 years old! time freaking flies! I was still living at my parents home then and now I am in my early 30s in my 5th apartment saving up for my 6th XD. It is lovely too see you are still making decluttering video

This video could not have come at a better time for me. I love your approach. I am building a house and want to leave my clutter habits behind. I also grew up with very little and now I have such a hard time letting go of stuff that is useful. I am a very handy/crafty person ...so like that end cut of yarn would make really cute hair on a doll for my neice (which I will probably not end up using but you never know!). HOW do I combat this? Also a lot of guilt over putting things in landfill.

Hey Carrie! Thank you for the video request! I'd be happy to, especially with the price increases on groceries recently. I've been thinking of creating videos on budget grocery shopping ideas. Everything from how we plan meals, keeping an organized grocery list, how we budget each week, where we shop, what we buy, how to save money while still eating fresh & healthy plant-based. 💖

I think I would live totally differently if I wasn’t married or had four kids. 😂 It’s like I have to manage 5 others declutter. Especially when they don’t think or feel the same about items and declutter. It very frustrating. My husband came from the same situation that you were talking about how it was for you growing up. So items have a different feel for him as for me I like less. More organized, everything has a home. My kids follow in their fathers ways but were never without so it’s complicated. Any advice how to deal with this when it’s just you who feels like this in the household but is the primary person who has to mange the house and clean. ❤
