I love my Packer Sling from The Brown Buffalo (so much that I bought 2!) It is simple, big enough to carry an iPad, Kindle, Phone and a few other small items. Packs flat, so great for throwing in a 1 bag travel bag just to have another option if you want to go to a cafe without your whole kit. The shoulder strap comes off as well, so it can be used as a travel organizer or for your papers, your business papers.

Maybe a nice suggestion for your upcoming Water bottle video. A Dutch brand called "Dopper" has some metal insulated bottles. They have a top cap design you can take off and use as a cup. But thing I like about that feature the most is that it allows the bottle to be cleaned way easier.
