How long did it take you too get the front splits and what do you think about pnf stretching?

About 3-5 months I believe. Pnf stretching has its place for sure. It’s not bad. I definitely encourage mobility training over anything though.

After a bad car accident wit my pelvic area sometime I can do the split sometime I can’t I used to could do them easily

Work on building the connective tissue in those weak areas.

I also have a much tighter left hip flexor when performing the front splits, thought it was just me.

This routine emphasized areas I need the most work on. I'm going to be focused on it for a while.... no joke, my straddle leg lifts are at @ 45° degrees right now. It's embarrassing. I ran the lifts back a few times at full stretch and cramped on the 3rd rep every time. I rolled my hips on pvc. It happened again. I broke out my hand-crafted thai massage tools to dig into the socket. It happened again. So I just stopped trying to do them in full stretch and had to regress all the way to about 45° to rep out the entire time slot. That's not ok.... smh.
