I have noticed a massive improvement in this style of training. Holding the kicks, chambering and doing them slow has improved my balance and flexibility. It has taken my sparring kick combos to a new level of being quick, stronger with control. Thankyou..

Dawg I am literally taking my supplements watching this lmfao. No lie man you definitely just changed the way I look at what I buy now, you are not wrong. We can get the majority of the vitamins and minerals we need through healthy eating. Out of all the supplements I take, I think the ones I really need are Gingko Bilboa and Ashwagahnda. Everything else I just need to eat good, this video needs of a follow up of what you eat my brother!! I think those purple potatos are japanese sweet potatos? They look fire bruh
