The Rewind meditation is a phenomenal sleep aid, whether you tend to suffer from insomnia or whether you are just hoping to improve the quality of your sleep overall or if you are looking to be able to transition more easily from waking life to bedtime. In all those cases, I really recommend Rewind right before sleep. No special posture necessary. You can sit or lie down however you’d like.
Rewind can also be used at the beginning of your float therapy sessions or as practice to get better at remembering your dreams.
But by all means, feel free to use it whenever you need a moment throughout your day. It does the trick in bestowing a strong sense of relaxation as well as a renewed sense of wonder.
