My dear exercisers, welcome back to my KZbin channel for a new 12-minute workout featuring exercises for a tight butt and strong legs.
The training is done without props, with the strength of your body, and is very effective for lifting the buttocks and defining the leg muscles.
During the training you will hear my instructions related to the correct execution of the exercises, and in the break between two exercises, in the upper right corner of the screen you can see the next exercise, which will help you feel safe and motivated throughout the training.
The training consists of a total of 16 series divided into 2 rounds, which are performed in 30-second intervals with a 10-second break in between. Halfway through there is a 30-second break, which is needed for a short recovery and two sips of water. In the first round, exercises are done with the right leg, and in the 2nd, the same exercises are repeated, but with the left leg.
For best results, it's best to do this video one more time, with 30 to 60 seconds of rest in between.
Each exercise is done precisely, cautiously and in accordance with what the body tells us.
During training, it is important to drink fluids (water) to avoid overheating and dehydration.
Don't forget to warm up well before you start training and stretch after you finish. Your health is a priority, and it's important to take care of your body during exercise.

Exercising at home has the same effect as if it was done in a fitness club. It is important to be persistent, persistent and patient and the results will be visible very quickly.
