I'm fighting diabetes with ALL my might, and keeping my carbs as low as possible has been vital. However, that leaves me trying to figure out how to feed my husband and me. I've only looked at one recipe so far, but I was thinking, maybe I could save out my chicken, grill it, and then dip my chicken in the mixture. Either that, or I thought about mixing sugar-free honey with raw honey to lower the carbs. Do you have the nutrition information on these recipes? I'm trying to keep my meals keto.
