Do you thaw before reheating or do you just put it in the microwave right away

Can you make a video about postpartum weight loss? My doctor said that I was overweight before my pregnancy and I was wanting to look into intuitive eating as an alternative to a diet program. I know that weight loss is not the focus of intuitive eating, however I am in need of loosing weight for health reasons and really want to do it a different way. You are an inspiration and I love your knowledge and approach to food. You have taught me so much already! p.s. We just had our baby a few weeks ago too! So excited for y'all!

How soon do you prepare these meals prior to due date and how long do the meals last frozen before must eat?

Congratulations on your newest arrival. 😊 I'm wondering if you could share your recipe for your bone broth. When I make broth, mine doesn't look as dark and nourishing as yours does....wonder what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much, love watching your videos ❤

Love sourdough pizza! I have started making batches and freezing the dough par-baked into crusts. It is so fast and easy to assemble whenever you want it!

Great video as always! Congratulations! Also, the lemon soup seems to be derived from a Greek recipe my family makes, called avolemano! Cool to see it in this video! The Greek version uses rice instead of orzo typcially😊

What do you mean by orzo? It’s an Italian word meaning ‘barley’, a grain… but from the remarks sounds like pasta… :)
@hugalot275 ай бұрын
It's pasta in the shape of a grain, same size too.
@AGPerry-go3xkАй бұрын
It's also sometimes called "melon seed pasta"

Great meal ideas Becca! Congrats on your lil sweetie. In the future making the orzo chicken soup, you can "temper" the eggs. Meaning, take a small ladle full of the hot broth and whisk that into your bowl of eggs. Then you can pour the entire egg mixture into your big pot of soup. Hope this helps :)
