Storm perceives and controls the energies of the world i.e thermal, atmospheric, potential, kinetic, cryogenic, and cosmic energy. It is this ability to control these energies that she uses to shape the weather. This gives her the ability to control the weather on any planet , create her own atmosphere in the vacuum of space, control cosmic storms, solar winds etc. and control the power of a star system {galactic core}. All this and we haven't even touched her magical potential.

Thinking that the woman who controlled the energy of a galactic core with millions of stars is a weather lady and not a world class Energy manipulator. You don't even read comics so I don't know why I'd waste my time responding to you but...from her introduction she was introduced as the descendant of Powerful witch priestesses blessed and favored by the Elder goddesses Oshtur and Gaea. Storm shares the High Priestess of Magic card title equally with the likes of the Scarlet Witch and Agatha Harkness. She's been tapping into her magical powers even more recently mixing her mutant and mystical powers to create a blackhole/wormhole to move a solar system sized construction from one end of the uuniverse to the next and in her recent adventure with the Scarlet Witch she told her that she mixes magic with her mutant powers without even knowing. Storm's powers are mystical, mutagenic and divine, read a comic book before you decide to spew nonsense.

Some of these wouldn't shouldn't make the list like Domino, Magma etc. Btw Selene doesn't have telekinesis, she manipulates inanimate objects, shadows and is psychic of the highest order Madelyne Pryor, Cassandra Nova, Rachel Grey, Blindfold, Firestar, Dazzler etc should be among the list. And let's not forget the Arrako mutants like Genesis, Orra Serrata, Isca the Unbeaten, Genesis, War etc.

Emma Frost do actually have three mutation abilities 1. Telepathy 2. Diamond Form 3. Latent Telekenesis ( She do have this but she don't know thanks to Jean Grey, Emma would be a powerful Telekenesis if she find out and train this ability. )

They are, but marvel changed that in the newer comics. I think they did it because Twentieth century fox didn't want to give up the X-men rights back to marvel and Disney. So marvel changed the storyline of quicksilver and skarlet Witch to be magnetos kids.

A few thoughts: Just in terms of sheer power and control over their mutant abilities, I’d rank even Dazzler over Jubilee. Polaris is an interesting choice and I am here for it and her. Always glad to see Illyana, my absolute favorite comic character bar none. I’m going to full-on hard pass on Domino and Magma, who for me are second tier at best.

As per the White Queen and Xavier, Jubilee is among the strongest in terms of potential. You can find this easily in the comics. She is just a kid in the majority of the comics which is why we dont see her always use her powers to that of her potential.

The problem with Magma is she's to closely connected to Earth. If she's not in contact with The Earth itself for to long she gets extremely weak and basically powerless. I agree on Domino, though she's one of my favorites she doesn't belong on this list

no offence i dont wanna start a beef or something but i waited so long defending the power of phoenix force combined with jean grey and i know that i know not enough to defend something that i havent read enough to have a solid knowledge of but from what i have seen and read how can people say that wanda is stronger than the phoenix force ? how? i mean on the house of m wanda did spoke no more mutants and poof all mutants lost their powers and i know that jean wasnt alive at that time if i remember correct but i once had an argument/conversation about how powerful is the phoenix force and on the comments they were saying wanda can single handle the phoenix force/jean and i was no she cannot phoenix is a cosmic entity existed before the creation of the universe she is after all omniscient and regenerates in the white hot room outside of the universe space and time and no one is able to go there but jean and even though scarlet witch is powerful enough to beat jean without the phoenix force people still believe that wanda truly can go against full power omnipotent jean grey phoenix force since jean grey has been the idol and the perfect vessel for the phoenix force to be within and yet watching all these saying that out of all the humans and mutants that could go ''against'' the scarlet witch was a baby that was born after all mutants lost their power hope was the only one to be able to restore everything as they were and even outsmart wanda by showing her that what she did was wrong let me mention that hope was just a teenager out of all the humans that could beat wanda a sudden baby saved the world my point is that if wanda couldnt foreseen that imagine what wanda cant foreseen when she goes against a cosmic force jean grew more powerful than professor x even after the phoenix force she said that the phoenix was holding her powers back so yeah i think that even though i havent brought enough and solid examples but i have to stop writing cause if i continue i will not stop writing and im very bored right now
