Welcome to Workout 12. Today we’ll add on another minute, so the workout total time is 12 minutes. We'll continue to move and travel around so be sure your workout space is clear as we’ll add in traveling movements front to back and side to side. We’re all on this journey together. Protect your beautiful heart, and be here for the ones you love. We’ll add lift steps, such as kicks to kick out and release your stress, knee lifts, ham curls, and side legs. Love what our bodies can do for us. Our weight might fluctuate, but our value does not. Learn to love our bodies for all its beauty. This is our "me time".
Once you complete every single minute of each workout, move on to the next workout. If you need to stay with a certain workout day for a few sessions, to make it to the end, that is perfectly fine. This program is self-paced. Remember, you are the expert of your body. You know best what will work for you from day to day. This time is for you, where together we love ourselves to better health. We’re caring for our bodies because it’s the only place we have to live. So proud that you’re here! Taking our power back, valuing our bodies for what they do for us!
Through different seasons of life, we will face extreme stresses. These times can cause weight gain, depression, and/or anxiety. This program will be a reminder to continue loving ourselves through these intense seasons of life. We've now reached Day 10 together remembering that the from Mini to Mighty Walking is a program dedicated to all of us who were taught to believe that our bodies are something to hate. That we have to work out harder as a punishment for the things we eat. This fitness challenge is about taking our power back, where we'll love ourselves to better health, one step at a time.
This program is a great place for our beginner exercisers to begin their fitness journey. Having a program that slowly increases in intensity and duration will be a safe and effective way to start your journey to protect your beautiful heart so that you can be there for the ones you love. For those who are seasoned exercisers, this program is a great way to add more steps to your day or get a little extra movement in when needed to protect our beautiful hearts.
