Thank you so much. I watched all your videos, especially clearing title, Title Insurance, Land and individual vocabulary. I had retaken my Title Producer License last night and passed. In the state of Maryland it is required to have TIPIC license or you can not be a Notary Signing Agent. I am good I put in all my license paper work in May 2021 especially with the state of Maryland.
