Good breakdown, but thin on details, eg: 1 includes 1440, 2 includes Pomadoro etc. PLUS if you run this at 1.75 speed it only wastes about 20 minutes to watch! :)

Love this! Kevins was one of the first podcasts I listened to on the start of my entrepreneurial journey. I’ve scooped up many of these tips over the years the last decade and use them daily. It’s great to hear them all in place. I’ve been doing it so long it’s become automatic and hearing like this reminds me like “oh yeah, I do that” lol

Elvin-thank you for this video. I have been looking for videos to teach me how to better manage my time and not procrastinate or waste it. Well no videos helped and I let that idea go. I found your channel last week on a completely unrelated cause and subscribed cause I like your videos and the knowledge you’ve read that your sharing with the world. Today I clicked on this video and 1440-is a god sent. Totally different perspective now. Thank you so much!!

This is so oriented to capitalist productivity. Humans do not need to be productive. Focus is healthy to nurture, but it’s important to focus on things that enrich your life, not your corporations.

we live in a world of limited resources. Sure, productivity isn't a requirement, but productivity and efficiency is important regardless bc of limited resources, whether that be time, money, raw materials, food, clean water, elec, etc it can be any task, cooking, cleaning, painting a house, getting chores done. And ofc productivity/efficiency is useful in goods production, such as making /growing crops and food for people if you can be more efficient, produce the same results with less (assuming done in an ethical matter), why wouldn't that be a good thing to pursue?

Not everyone is most productive in the morning as you assume. Personally, my best output comes in the evening between 7pm and 12pm. This is in book balancing and reconciliation. In the morning I don't achieve as much.
