Hi Amber, I am happy to see you looking so well. The good weather is lifting your spirits for sure. Thank you for another inspirational and informative episode. You chose so many great patterns, I love the Ankers Summer Shirt, and have for awhile, I don't know why I haven't knit it yet. The Thea Top would certainly be something I would wear a lot, also the Amees is a really cute top. I'm like you, only have 3 or 4 months to enjoy those cute tops. Maybe I could start wearing my cute summer tops under my thermal tops and sweaters to get more wear out of them😂😂😁. Caidree's patterns are always great too. Again, thank you and take care

What a great episode. I just ordered Sandness garn Line to try. If I were to knit one of these it would be AmessTee. Last summer I knit the Corran cardigan in Jody Long Coast yarn, which I can’t find again. Lovely yarn and pattern by Rebecca Clow. Fun knit and quick. Definitely my most worn summer knit. I made 3/4 sleeve wear it over dresses. We go to FL in the winter and I used this in air conditioning all the time. I need to look up all these patterns work work work! Good thing I’m retired. Thank you so much I’m grateful for your gifts of time.😊

Hi Amber, thank you for your great offer. I have used Summeryarns before and I’ve made the Thea-Top already, also the Soho Top. Sandnes Line is one of my absolute favorite yarns for summer, and the second favorite is BC Garn Bio Balance. They keep you cool, but are nice to knit and have beautiful drape. You can use two strands of Sandnes Tynn Line together to achieve the same gauge as with Line, but those garments are even more lightweight and drapey. I would love to knit the Anne Ventzel Tee next!

Oh Amber, this was a great little group of summer tees. I am from right around Memphis, TN and the summers are so humid because of the river. As I watched your video, I was working on the Catal top (free on ravelry). It is a lovely little tank that is not too revealing, worked from the bottom up and has a tad of lace on the hem. I am recently getting back into knitting after many years as a quilter and a few as a weaver. Knitting seems to be easier to do while my little ones are playing in the yard. I have been wanting to try the tolsta tee and already have the yarn for it, but have not purchased the pattern. The clover is absolutely darling as well.

I love the Clover Tee Solo! I so appreciate these bundles you put together for us because I know it must take a lot of time. Plus, it’s so generous of you to offer to gift someone a free pattern. I am currently knitting my first Ranunculous and I am knitting it with modifications so hopefully it will fit like yours. I am knitting it with Berroco Fiora , which is 40% cotton, 30% viscose and 15% alpaca. It creates a very drape fabric and I think it will be nice for spring, fall and early summer. I want to try DROPS Belle that you like so much. Many blessings to you and your family!

Thank you for a great episode! I would love to knit the shore tee. It looks amazing! I've knit with Sandnes Line and Drops Belle. My opinion is that there is definitley a difference in texture. I feel like Line is a much more smooth yarn, wondedrful to knit in. Belle is a bit more rougher yarn but gives a bit more texture to the garment aswell. Both great yarns!

Hi! Such a lovely video ❤️ I am so happy that I found your channel through it. As for the retro button top from Witre Design, I’ve knit two already and they are my favourite summer tops! I chose the size with little positive ease as recommended, but found it was enough to make the top fitted at the bust and flowy in the stomach area. I can report that the buttons are not gaping, and I even used smaller buttons than the designer did. I hope it helps! 😊 A side note: I knit a ton from Norwegian patterns and I find that the majority of them are actually knit bottom-up, even raglan pullovers. Most, if not all, tops from Witre are also knit this way. I think it has to do with the ease of knitting, especially for garments like tops. I find it extremely tedious to knit tops from the top down and find this way much better. But that’s just me, maybe I’m used to the Scandi way of knitting and don’t mind it 😊

Rebecca is currently working on a Tolsta tank. I believe its in testing soon to be released. Living in Rhode Island and like you, our summers usually take a while to get up and running and then before you know it its over. I agree, the CloverTee is nice with the eyelets. But I would like the the Suri shirt if chosen. Caidree is a new designer to me. I like the over sized look. In our summer humidity the loser the better.
