another major problem when it comes to the pandemics is that people are growing more and more distrustful of doctors and medical professionals while growing more and more trusting of conspiracy theories, quack medicine, and/or holistic medicine which means that even if we were to find ways to combat pandemics, the number of people who fear combating pandemics and curing pandemics will start outweighing the fear of getting said dangerous disease in the first place
