12 TIPS Before Moving to THE NETHERLANDS | A Filipina Dutch Living
Most of us are entirely focused in obtaining our MVV Visa.
which is of course our number one priority.
But why not consider other important things and think "one step ahead" while waiting for your visa ?
We are anyhow all heading for a "Long Term" right?

Hi Hakan! Yes you can do the apostille in the Philippines at Dept of Foreign Affairs (DFA.) But DFA is the last step. There are some Universities that they can do the whole process on your behalf. Pls check with your University. Incase you want to do the apostille here, I am not sure if our Phil Embassy here can arrange that for you but in Dubai they do. Pls contact the Phil Embassy here.

My problem is i am Romanian married with Pinay. She has romanian resident permit and neither Philippines Embassy in NETHERLANDS or Immigration in NETHERLANDS nor any work agencies can t help me to bring my asawa there just because she is NON-EU PERSON... But this is HUGE DISCRIMINATION !!! For Chris t sake she is MY wife legally... She has 3 apostiles recognized by Hague, VAX PH CERTIFICATE and many more... I lived without her 2 YEARS because of The pandemy and now i am forced to come alone in The NETHERLANDS ALONE AGAIN? IS SO WEIRD AND STUPID SITUATION. BY THE WAY... HERE IN ROMÂNIA The ECONOMY sucks and also Modern Slavery here (work hard and less money)... MY wife working here 10 hours 6 days per only 24 000 pessos? What The hell? And my salary as unqualified îs also no more than 25K MONTHLY.

Hi Saurav Mehta Birth Certificate is a Primary Requirement in almost all of applications like visa, registrations upon arrival in the NL, and getting married.

Ask them information as they are the ones processing your apply. To have the information fitting to your situation its recommended you do so at the right place. As for the lady she may not be legally rightful or giving the right advise. Now i dont doubt her advise being wrong. But in the end its the IND who goes about the documents. So having to contact them for your situation will help you far better. She provided a link to IND in another comment. But just to be sure here is the contact page of IND. ind.nl/en/contact/Pages/contact.aspx

Hello Regine, of course you will have a chance as long as you can prove both that ur relationship is authentic. Well, being married would be definitely a solid evidence but not necessarily. I have seen alot of Filipinos came here umarried so dont worry sweetie. In my case, I got married in the NL while on Tourist Visa before I migrated here. It will be great if your Bf visits you there atleast. Job wise it’s difficult if you’re looking for corporate jobs because Dutch Language is key.

Based on your reply, my understanding is it would be best if he will be the one to visit me first before I do for solid evidence of our relationship, otherwise, greater chance that the embassy or immigration might not believe me as we only know each other online. Hi Doc Heart Buan Welcome to my Channel. Any Degree Holders po kailangan muna mag aral ng Dutch then take the appropriate level of exam. I guess for Doctors you need to pass AKV that’s C1 level po.
