Like so many others here, I too noticed the relaxed shoulders. You look so much more comfortable. All the very best

Looking great. Would be good to have a video of you and Bobby going over some of the cues you’ve been using for your form as you look so smooth!

Starting to look good again Gwen, back to your triathlon running days: good form, looking strong and confident. You so very often looked like you were trying too hard with the Nike group, over striding, tight and rising shoulders. You have a good coach there, concentrating on form and relaxation. It is impossible for the shoulders to come up and go tight if you keep the arms down. Keep it going!

My thoughts exactly! Gwen, you're of glowing!!! 🤗 From an external point of view, you look so much more relaxed and happy and in place than with the Bowerman "Babes".

Great workout Gwen! I also live in the Denver area (closer to 6000' elevation) and never really knew what running at elevation would feel like. I recently ran some miles in Hawaii and my paces were at least 30 seconds faster per mile for the same effort as here. Ha! Good times!

Thanks for sharing, it was a really good watch. I have ran a couple of Marathons and Triathlons. I am trying to find my next challenge, and i dont want to do something expected like an Iron Man. I want to find a new challenge running that is creative an unique. Do you have any ideas???

I heard from the previous video that you're using watts instead of pace now. Have you gotten on the Stryd train? or other footpod? How does it compare for your training?

Is it a blood sugar sensor on your left arm? Have seen those on Eluid Kipchoge and Beth Potter recently.

The last sentence of Booby Mcgee was interesting. Did I understand it correctly that you use oxigen as a supplement while training at altitude because it is benefical to run faster at lower altitude? It would be interesting to see a training session with oxigen as a supplement.

excuse me being out of the loop, but what are these scores/points they are talking about? "310" refers to what?
@landyncb87513 жыл бұрын
Probably pace per km. Like 3:10/km
@froggy88143 жыл бұрын
@@landyncb8751 no, that’s not what i’m asking about. it’s the points they’ve mentioned in this video and the last workout video. bobby actually says “points”
@Paul-M213 жыл бұрын
He’s referring to power (Stryd power meter)

Not to my knowledge. Many endurance athletes are using the Supersapians glucose monitoring to optimize nutrition and training. Especially in triathlon. Supersapians sponsored the Ironman 70.3 world champs earlier this fall

I wonder how Gwen got the supersapiens CGM? It’s not FDA marked yet.
