Even though I'm not a mom or a fast runner (1:39 13.1/3:24 26.2), watching these videos are still very useful in terms of learning empathy, training tips and relating to others! Keep it up!

You already look happier in Boulder. Nice to see you smiling on runs again. Makes me happy for you, even though I was rooting for Chapel Hill. Enjoy!

This actually wasn't Boulder. Not sure where it is for sure though. Might have been filmed in Portland? Idk. NC looks beautiful!

Would love to see a video on your drills - you do as part of your runs. Few runners do those and think they are game changers before you do your MS.

Lol imagine being at a parkrun and an Olympic gold medalist just shows up to do a time trial 🤯 So psyched about the transition to marathon and can’t wait for the debut!

Nice video! Curious why you don't use the Stryd zones instead of HR?

Nice training!! On our channel we post videos that can be used as a virtual run. That can be used to run on a treadmill or to get to know the cities of Brazil. I'd like to see you there 😊

HR strap or wrist HR? I know there have been so many studies and anecdotal info about wrist HRs being inaccurate but mine is very close to my strap on any given day. I never run off HR so its not vital, using Stryd power zones since less affected by outside forces and power seems essentially real time vs HR that lags, especially at the start of a workout/intervals. Lots of exciting things to come with the move and back to the marathon. Good luck and keep smiling!

wrist - Polar Vantage M2 is the best and so accurate I've found for me. I think it's personal on what works.

Can't help but wonder with the success of the PTO, if you haven't considered some kind of triathlon appearance? Sorry but it seems odd for an Olympic champion to abandon her sport so completely....The opportunity for exposure, sponsorship ect. is just waiting...being the best in the world at something shouldn't be wasted...Even Michael Jordan rediscovered his passion for basketball after trying baseball, and won 3 more championships...just sayin....
