Please sir i remind this one If the capacitor is leakage what is the reading both side of capacitor if we reverse the lead please sir help to explain

The value of the capacitor will change and will be unpredictable it all depends on how much it leaked. It can be zero too

If capacitor is damaged/leaking result is *High resistance and smoke toxicity If you measure, capacitance the meter will show you fluctuating numbers, these readings or numbers SHOULD BE STABLE and not increasing or decreasing. If you measure resistance on a damaged/leaking capacitor, the meter will show you high resistance value, this SHOULD NOT BE , a good component should have Minimum resistance! Hope it makes sense
