I'm glad you found my video - thanks for taking the time to watch it and I hope it entertained you for a few minutes :-) I can't remember what most of the paint colours were, so please don't waste your time asking - I also don't know what make of glue sticks I used on this one, as I buy all sorts when they're on offer. If you want to try this yourself, just buy a glue gun, some paint, some glue sticks and experiment - have fun. That's what this is all about :-)

I sometimes gesso over the glue and sometimes I don't... depends on whether I can be bothered, whether I remember and which way the wind's blowing lol :-)

That's so funny. Giraffes are my second favorite. I have a large giraffe print in my little "African" corner of my apartment. What amazing and gorgeous creatures they both are.

I just found an image I liked online and then sketched it out onto the canvas freehand - I messed up a few times, but that's why I use pencil and rubber... bye bye mistake lol :-)

Definitely not - I messed up another one I was making and I could not get the glue off for love nor money and had to scrap it.
