ooo this was absolutely heavenly. I wanted to honor feeling tired today but still do something and this was perfect. Feels like I did yoga. We hold so much in the shoulders and with the energy meridians its no wonder people get frozen shoulders! It really felt like a full being work out, especially as half our meridians our in the arms, and moving them around in our aura cleanses and charged our magnetic field woooosh!

I immediately went looking for a relaxing ones for the hips/ lower back to really clear the energy but couldnt see any - can you recommend any similar ones please?

That’s a great question! Search ‘I Jump Instead Healing Back Stretch’ in the KZbin search tab and you’ll find a great class for the back ands hips. You can also join our daily live beginner classes which are excellent for relaxation, healing, recovery, and flexibility.❤️🩹

@Ijumpinstead. Hi Stephanie do your feet always stay on the mat for low impact exercise routines? Does that help when a person has chronic back pain? I stopped rebounding many years ago because I was letting my feet off the mat and just jumping which caused alot more back pain, truthfully I shouldve started slow. I used both spring and bungee rebounders. Thank you in advance for your reply. Thank you for being so lovely and inspirational also.❤ ~Dana

Hi Dana 👋 Yes, feet are in contact with the mat 95%-100% of all our online workouts. The magic lies in the muscle connection and body lengthening experience. We're putting muscle contraction and body lengthening into motion, and that’s what matters. Even a gentle bounce can lead to deep flexibility and strength, as we control how far we stretch and contract our muscles. Given your need for a gentle approach, you might enjoy our free daily live class. It’s soothing and healing for our weaknesses and helps us get into better shape day by day. We hope to see you in class, and thank you for your kind words.❤️❤️

Hi Stephanie! I did this after walking on my treadmill. Awesome ! Loved it! I recently fell and have a pretty big gash on my finger that probably required stitches but I did not go. Do you think the daily jumping will help it to heal faster? Ty!❤

@@SheriAnne0711 Ouch, Sheri!! So sorry about your fall.😖 Yes, Bouncing will help!! If it causes more pain though, better to rest.❤️🩹❤️🩹 Visualize it healed too (while bouncing)! 😘😘

I just purchased a Leaps & Bounds rebounder…do you feel like this can be done without the added bar? I have a bar but I don’t really like it, I feel like it gets in my way.
@IJumpInstead8 ай бұрын
Our recommendation is to have the bar no matter what!! The wide bar has exclusive opportunities with grip placement and increased performance. It’s a must!!🤗🥳🏆

Your arms and legs are amazing. Did they get that way just by rebounding? I just came across your channel, and it looks great. I've been looking for a rebounder, and the one you're using looks very sturdy. Thank you

You bet!👍 Yes! I built my body from scratch on a Cellerciser Rebounder, the unit I continue to love and trust now for over 8 years.🤗🤗 So happy you found us!! Cellerciser’s are currently on back order, but they’ll be in stock soon and are worth every single penny!! You can use code ijumpinstead for $30 off if you’d like to.🤗🤗💯💯
