I had a Blues King around 2001 or so which is one of the ones that got away. I had it for a week or two and took it back to the store because I thought the sound was too throaty, which I wasn't into at the time. I really, really should have kept it though. It's a fun sound. I think the price was around $1200 if I remember right, and it was unshaded natural, maybe part of the WM series.

Damn! That little old box has some tone! How does it compare to the Epi el-00?
@FraJa19808 жыл бұрын
I know it is all solid but i meant how does she differ in playing? I used to have an El-00 pro but i hated that slim taper D shape and the sound wasn't my thing, it was really hard work getting some tone out of it because it had very thick Poly finish so i got rid of it. Does this guitar have a C or V shape? I was trying to hunt down an affordable EL-00 Elitist which is also all solids and has a V shaped neck but those are going 1300+ so i might as well just save up a little longer and get a gibson.
@12Radius8 жыл бұрын
Yeah mine has slight V not to vintage feel but nice though.The Elitist would be nice.V neck are great!
