Yeah saw the Limerick show on that tour. Would dearly love to catch them again some time. I loved the way Clive jumped around genres and eras that night like a grasshopper and made it seamless. This blues is more of it.

@@henkema22 Ik ga vroeg pensioneren (corona beëindigde mijn bedrijf) en na een verbouwing van mijn senioren-appartementje ga ik aan de bak. Clive heeft natuurlijk de hele dag een axe in zijn handen en voor hem is gitaarspelen even eenvoudig als met mes en vork eten. Het moet lukken voor mijn 90ste, kan ik toch nog indruk maken op de meisjes.

I'd just like to add my appretiation to see someone know and be part of what he is doing. ... i can't play that well but see the moments when the music is in the person... part of the guitar... i recognize that and... isn't that what it's about... it is. How we feel... can be heard.

I must have watched this thirty times. CC is an absolute master. I thought I was a passable picker but every time I hear Clive play I realise that I still have PLENTY of work to do...immense, peerless feel and dynamic control. Hats off!

full of sweet licks to copy and digest! my current fav is 2.54 to 2.57.... this is really refreshing stuff, clive pairs a little bit of virtuosity with great feeling and spot on timing........

@@TheBluesnbob Yep, I am aware of time signatures and the fact that 4/4 is considered "easy". It's just that any time things get complicated, I fail to keep the beat and play in time. I suppose that's why no one would pay to hear me play!
