Greg, I've been watching your videos for a little while now. It's so funny cause you are doing the exact same thing I did. Spent all my money modifying the VE and got 427hp out of it. Finally got bored with that and P-PUMPED it! Then that damn P-pump blew up my original cummins. Finally just got done building my other engine and have a 12mm maxed out pump. All Hamilton valvetrain with 188/220 cam. I am running 5x14 injectors though with a single 66mm charger. My goal is 700hp. I'm going to dyno it in about a month. I'll let you know what it does. Keep up the good vids! Oh Btw maxed out P-pumps are nasty crazy to drive on the street

Center console is out of a 2014-Current Chevrolet/GMC Pickup. The Tahoes and Yukons have full length center consoles that go to the radio and the 2013 and older GM trucks have a different design for the center console. (For anyone wanting to find that console for their projects)

Greg swap rpm and your speedometer. Get a digital speedometer from ispro and then get a large rpm gauge for in your dash.

as far as the tach option goes...I would suggest keeping the RPM gauge you have and just run a small LED shift light.

If you put 5X022 injectors in and run a s362-sxe over a s476-sxe compound setup you’ll be able to hit the 800hp mark with the 12mm pump. Power Driven Diesel has a video of a 2nd gen 12v with that setup on the dyno on their instagram page hitting 800hp and 1700 on torque at the wheels.

do a 62/73 13cm or a gated 12cm with a 75/96/1.15 or 1.32 set up. by the flow rate that should be able to tap 925-950 rwhp givin billet wheels and enough fuel. it's a super common set up and works well with the 5.9 but it would be a great segment to show people what a common compound set up can do power wise and on the track. it will easily sustain 850whp right in the meat of the flow chart as well.

You'll need new injectors it's not just the pop pressure the thread sizes are different from your lines to the injectors. Seth is a good dude and will answer all your questions. A very crude rule of thumb is 1.5 to 2 hp per cc of fuel.

max 12mm pumps are like tops 800 - 850hp that pushing it . but a frist gen is only about 5800 lbs truck . my 1991.5 1 gen dually was 6270lbs . would love to see a ats turbo or twins on it . . good vedios keep up the work

I think 700 is good for the street, but you should try to make the truck able to corner decent, not saying full tub the truck but atleast a mini tub and lowered quite alot

For HP increase, realistically target 650 - 750 HP. 800 - 850 HP is doable, but it will be a stretch without doing more mods.

Seth AFC live for P7100 pumps is a product by Power Driven Diesel, and yes it is on the fly tuning for a mechanical pump (the device isn't electronic, its just an in-cab/remote way to adjust the injection pump)

Neighbor ran stock small bowl pistons, 5x.018 nozzles and worked over 12mm pump with 5k springs and was easily at 1000hp. (Obviously had a built bottom end and head to support that). You shouldn't have any trouble with your goals. I would guess that you can't even use 800 hp on the street with 2wd effectively.
