Everything about this house is amazing. From the plants and koi pond in the foyer, to the kitchen, to the office with the library, with the sauna that had a leather ottoman!!! I am not done, the primary bedroom, the guest suite, the bar area. I love, love this house. It has a moat!!!! WHAT?? The modern houses in LA have the exact same layout in all of them and I think I have seen about a hundred videos and they are all the same. Your videos of houses in Boca and Miami are different. I may not love all of them, but I definitely appreciate them and all the hard work you put into them. Thank you so much.

I'm flabbergasted at the prices of S Florida homes. They rival and exceed those in the L.A. area, without the expansive city and ocean views. That isn't even on the ocean, just a dinky canal. Definitely have to check out more of them, mostly to see Jason's cute self and the most adorable smile ever. Makes me wish I were 40 years younger ;)

The architect is definitely one of a kind! A lot of creativity was put into designing this house.👏Kids will love it. There's a jungle house - jumangi feel when you're inside. This would be a perfect house for Lara Croft or Indiana Jones. The only thing l really didn't like are the horror themed paintings; goat's skull overlooking the great hall like in a satanic temple; the half dozen buddha heads and the Indonesian spirit idols in the garden. Did they get a witch doctor for an interior decorator? 😂
