Located on the most beautiful point in Wilton Manors, the Island City, nestled in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. An architectural modern minimalist masterpiece with warm inviting accents. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor open living concept that combines the living, indoor/outdoor kitchens, dining and pool/spa . Don't forget to lounge in the giant outdoor bean bags on the dock or around the pool. A grand 6' pivot door front entrance welcomes you home. I agree, I think Jason's tours are always great. No matter what type of home he is touring he goes out of his way to put the best spin on a property, even if the home itself isn't worth the praise he's giving it. He's also very funny. Not trying to say anything negative a Peter Ancona, I watch his tours as well. It's just that they can be kind of bland. It reminds me of some docents that were giving the tour at some of the museums I've been to. Also a lot of times he doesn't show enough of the property whereas Jason shows it all.

@@christinalyons9038 What bugs me about Pete is that his videos seem to be more about HIM looking at the property as opposed to the property itself. And his OCD habit of filming himself re-arranging stuff on tables is cringe. And his weird body shape, gait, and standing poses are made even more noticeable by his oddly fitting suits. Plus, he pronounces the word library as lie-berry, which is enraging to me for some reason. He just doesn't seem real. Yes, I'm totally superficial but that's what I think. Perhaps the "affluent" dig that stuff, he's obviously successful, but my blue collar ass ain't having it. Jason just seems like a fun dude who's happy to be there. I feel like I could hang out with him after closing. If that lottery ticket ever hits, Jason is definitely getting my business.

Lmaooo you are hilarious Jason! But you can definitely tell that the designer of this house is very creative! I’m not a fan of the piano and the location of it. I think it makes the kitchen feel more cramped up than it already looks. The kitchen looks too snug. I also don’t like the coffee shop sign in the kitchen. Designer does have a creative eye but, i’m not sure how I’d feel with that sign in my home. The rooms are nice and spacious. The main suite sink that falls on the counter is definitely something different😹 Never seen that before. Not sure how I like it, but think it’ll grow on me😂 The main suites shower reminds me of a spa. I also liked the long faucet in the bathroom with the blue mirror outline. Never seen that before, pretty cool. As well as the tap kitchen faucet, and the twisting faucet in the down stairs suite, never seen before. I also think i’d have to get used to all showers with no doors. I like the secluded outside fireplace area. Oh, and when you said “i don’t care if you’re in the shot eric, you have a pretty face”🤣🤣 how nice

Hey Jason. Don’t care for the quirky colors but let’s see what the interior brings. Don’t like the llama or alpaca art nor the piano nor the orange chairs and walls. A too modern thus far. Noooo. Keep the furniture 🤣. Do like the first floor bedroom and en-suite. Phallic sinks. Oooh k. Exhibitionary showers and outdoor toilets. Massive spa. Lovely outdoor space. I'm stuck between garish and gaudy as I try to describe this house. Just think you can spend millions of dollars to have your neighbors hate you for ruining there property values. You did a great job showing it though.
