This workout strengthens and sculpts the entire lower body, including the legs, glutes, hips, and core. In 40-second intervals, you will work through circuits using bodyweight, dumbbells, and/or kettlebells, as well as optional mini bands.

Thanks Amy! Great workout combinations. I enjoy this set up. I asked for a 13 lb kettle bell for Christmas. Could use a 20 for those swings but gotta start somewhere like you said. My biggest challenge is staying consistent. My goal is to stay consistent for half the year and reward myself with a bigger kettlebell. Also, I’m still healing my diastasis. Doing the clamshell work I separated the moves so I did the lift then the clam shell in rotation. Still felt the workout but not the strain. Thanks for the breathing reminders too. I always hold my breath and I need to correct my breathing too. Hope you are staying healthy! Currently getting over the worst congestion that’s going around. Glad to be able to do a workout and thank you for having new ones 😊❤

Yes, my HR was up even using lighter weights than I have been. I was able to go 🎶🎵🎶Low, Low Low🎵🎶🎵 . I even used the band for the kickstand leg lift
