I did some similar exercises 3 times a week 23 years ago after giving birth to my daughter, and I lost 25 ponds in 6 months .

🎉Thanks so much guys for your great video ❤️🩹🤩🥰 These steps and moves reminded me of Aerobic work out in 90's when I was in my 20's and I always watched Jane Fonda's Aerobic video, She was so awesome in that time..and one of my favorite 🥰❤️🩹 how's her life news now ? In 90's exercises was so simply and easy to do, but it worked well for us, not like nowadays, the exercises have too much improvisation and so difficult to follow 😊 who are in here still happy and fit in your 50's age ??
